Rivvalry is a free app for organising padel game nights. By using it you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use it.
Your account
You need an account to join a community or RSVP; browsing is open to everyone. Keep your login details to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Give a name your group will recognise, and do not impersonate someone else.
Communities and organizers
Whoever creates a community runs it. Organizers can add and remove players, edit events, set how a night is scored and approve who joins. If you organise a community, the people in it are relying on you to keep it accurate.
Fair use
Do not use Rivvalry to harass anyone, to upload content you do not have the right to use, or to disrupt the service for others. We may remove content or suspend an account that does.
Your content
What you add — names, photos, bios, scores — stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it inside the app so that it can do its job. Remove it at any time from your profile.
The service is provided as it is
Rivvalry is offered free and without warranty. It may change, break, or be unavailable, and results and ratings are calculated for fun rather than as an official record. We are not liable for any loss arising from using it, or from a night that did not go to plan.
We do our best to keep your data safe, but no service can promise that absolutely. Please keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending it
You can stop using Rivvalry and ask for your account to be deleted at any time — see the Privacy Policy. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
